(1 ) Do I need to obtain more than one estimate?
Answer: No - Pennsylvania law states that you only need one estimate. Your
insurance company cannot require you to get more than one estimate.
(2) Question: If my vehicle would not pass state inspection after an accident,
should I be driving it?
Answer: No - Doing so would be illegal and subject you to a fine. At that point you
may be entitled to a rental car. Check with your insurance company to see if you
have a rental provision on your policy.
(3) Question: Can you match my paint color?
Answer: Old Forge uses PPG paint exclusively and has invested heavily in the finest
paint matching system available. We take great pride in our ability to match your
original factory paint finish. We constantly are up-grading & our systems
technology and equipment to ensure a perfect match & every time.
(4) Question: Will my parts be delivered before I drop off my car for repair?
Answer: Of Course. We order the parts at the time you give your approval.
(5) Question: Can I get a ride home when I drop off my car?
Answer: Of course. We will be glad to drive you home.
(6) Question: How can I get a rental vehicle?
Answer: If you are in need a rental car, we will help you make arrangements.
Insurance companies will only & pay for a rental car if you have
the optional coverage on your policy or if you are the claimant.
